This year I'm cycling the Prudential 100 again. This is a 100 mile ride to celebrate the cycling legacy created by the London 2012 Olympic Games. The ride starts at the Olympic Park and follows a route through London out onto the Surrey countryside, before returning into the heart of the city, finishing on the Mall. 

This year I'm riding for Kidney Research once again, which as you know is a charity that's very important for our family. I would be grateful if you could make a donation. This year I'm hoping to improve on my time, and also to cycle up all the steep hills -  each time I've done the ride before one or the other was either closed off or reduced to a walking place only!
