Story
In May 2020 during the pandemic I ran a marathon for my Dad who was battling Prostate Cancer. So many people donated which humbled Dad and I. Dad sadly lost his battle in Nov-21.
So... I'm doing something even bigger, crazier and tougher as the fight must go on. In memory of Dad and for a really close mate of mine Kevin, who is now also battling Prostate Cancer and winning the fight, his hope and positivity has inspired me to put myself through it again!
From 27th July 2022 I'm running the Southwest Coast Path, starting in Porlock where I live, taking 6 months, over 630 miles to Poole Harbour. Then running the final stretch from Minehead to Porlock, allowing me to finish the challenge on my own doorstep with anyone who wants to join me in beautiful Exmoor.
My wife Lisa will be camping out with me, helping with nutrition, motivation and planning. No doubt she will walk a lot of it with our dog Buddy!
Thank you again everyone for the £2.3k raised last time and please do sponsor me again so we can help others, giving them support and hope.

Anyone is welcome to run any stage with me especially the last stage from Minehead to Porlock which should be early December. I had original hoped to finish by the end of February but have now speeded things up by trying to run roughly 6 half marathons a week! Ouch!!!
I'm sure this will help my grieving process but also inspire others to help people like my Dad and my mate Kevin.
Thank you so much again
