Steve was cared for by the wonderful staff on Ward 4 at Queen Elizabeth's Hospital in Woolwich. 

Rather than flower contributions at his funeral the family believe a donation to the ward that cared for him would be the least we could do as a thank you, for their love and compassion towards Steve and us throughout his time in hospital.
