On the 16th of June I am taking part in a Charity bike ride,  setting off from Wolverhampton and ending in Aberdovey on the Welsh coast (105 miles) My aim is to raise money for the Mary Stevens Hospice, if you don't already know they offer patients with incurable or life-limiting illnesses the opportunity to enjoy their lives to the fullest, however long that life may be. They also offer an invaluable support service to friends and family too. Many thanks for your support.
