With Care Homes so much in the news at the moment we are exploring ways to support older people, many of whom will be feeling down and even more separated from community than usual.

 In the next few months we want to develop a new service, in partnership with the Dorset and BCP churches, to provide either a “thought for the day” or a short, dementia friendly, online church service that can be shown in resident’s lounges or on TVs in Care Homes on Sunday mornings. In order to make that happen we need to buy a few cameras and computers that are capable of doing proper video processing and editing and with the speed to make this feasible in
the long term.
