Hi there friends and family. As you may or not know i have chosen to do a 10k run for cancer support. Im sure at some stage in your lives you have been effected by the horrible circumstances the big "C" creates whether it be a friend or family member. I'm doing this run just to raise a little bit of money to help go towards the great work these charities provide. Also in memory of a good friend we lost in Seamus Galvin, my Uncle Thomas who is currently in remission and many others. Any little contribution you can make will be greatly appreciated and any one who wants to come along on the day and watch a grown man get outpaced by little girls and cartoon character, you are more than welcome.
