My dream is coming true and in June 2022 I will compete in golf at the Special Olympics USA Games in Orlando, Florida! I've been competing with the New York State Special Olympics and the Long Island program for over 20 years. In 2008 I was selected to go to the USA Games in Ames, Iowa and it was an amazing experience.

I’m looking forward to joining my fellow athletes in competing, and to prepare for the event, each week I play golf and also started taking lessons with an instructor to help me improve. Competing in USA Games means everything to me and I can't wait to bring home the gold for Team New York!
