I am determined to complete a 68 Mile Essex Bike Ride (4th September) and a 2 hours Muddy Assault Course (17th September) to help make a difference for local families.

SNAP - Special Needs And Parents - is an Essex charity that helps families with children and young people who have any special need or disability.

When parents first come to The SNAP Centre they often feel isolated and don’t know where to turn. But with SNAP’s support they grow stronger so that they can give the best possible help to their children.  

All money raised helps us to continue to provide vital services including a very busy helpline, a directory of contacts, parent courses and advice from our team of parent advisers. It will also enable children and young people to come to the centre to enjoy play sessions, therapies and clubs and to use our multi-sensory room and specialist IT suite.
