Karen & I are walking (slowly) in the Walk & Talk 5k for the Errol McKellar Foundation.

The foundation is looking to raise awareness about one of the deadliest cancers & trying to get the government to make it mandatory for men to be tested. Currently men are only tested after they have been to a GP with a problem. Mobile testing facilities would make it easier for any man who is worried to easily get tested.

Men take their bodies for granted & some will not approach their GP until it's too late.
