Stonebridge Golf Club has partnered with Coventry and Warwickshire MIND as their chosen charity as well as a partner organisation of theirs called It Takes Balls to Talk who are a mental health in sport organisation in the process of seeking charitable status.

Our thinking was that golfers spend a lot of time together doing not much more than chatting and this throws up lots of opportunities for us to look after each other in terms of our emotional well-being and mental health. We do not always take up those opportunities but we should.

As part of raising awareness about this at the club and beyond, 8 of us have agreed to take on the challenge of completing 72 golf holes in a day on 17th June 2022.
