I have decided to take up a challenge set by my company to raise funds for The Princes Trust with a focus to help make a difference to the lives of unfortunate young people in Wales. I set myself a target of cycling from London to Paris in 3 days.

The aim was to do it alone but 4 of my close friends had decided it such a good cause they stepped up to join me.

Myself , Fred Thomas , Marcus Thomson, Mike Rees and Tony Davies will leave London on the morning of October 15th and aim to get to Paris in 3 days. 

We feel this charity helps so many individuals in Wales and we need your help to make this work.

I'm not asking for much just what ever you can donate to help us make a difference.

We will be documenting the trip on social media to keep people up to date and I thank everyone for their generous donations.
