Russ keeps finding these masochistic events to help prove ourselves and raise a few quid for some good causes and this is definitely no exception.

A tough 19 mile mountain bike ride, a couple of miles in a Hawaii Five O canoe followed by an 8.5 mile run make the event a particular challenge. Wessex Heartbeat is also a majorly deserving cause.
