Soooooooo........I'm running the Edinburgh half marathon for the second time(the first I agreed to do while drinking.....don't make life choices on alcohol people). I promised myself after the first one it was the last. If there isn't a football involved I haaaaaaate running. But after talking a group of my PT clients into running it, I then agreed to run it with them. So here I am, at it again. However I am doing it for a fantastic charity that makes a massive impact in peoples lives and that means it is all worthwhile.  Leonard Cheshire Disability work for a society in which every person is equally valued. They believe disabled people should have the freedom to live their lives the way they choose. To have the opportunity and support to live independently, to contribute and participate fully in society.For almost 70 years, they have supported disabled people in the UK and overseas in many different ways, to reflect what they want. By building confidence through information and advice to break down barriers. I can't imagine what it would be like to be impacted by a disability like this and really appreciate how lucky I am.
