On Saturday September 26th I cycled 50 miles around Brighton and the South Downs to raise funds for St Nicholas Hospice Care.  This is a charity based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, which cares for people with a variety of life limiting illnesses and also for their families.  Sometimes care is provided at the hospice, sometimes in the local hospital and sometimes at home.  It is free of charge for all who need it, but the hospice needs to raise £10,000 a day to keep providing the services. Please will you make a donation in recognition of my efforts?
