Southampton and Winchester Visitors Group (SWVG) is a group of volunteers who befriend and support asylum seekers. We provide emotional and practical support, help with access to legal advice, health care and travel costs. Subsistence funds are provided for those who are destitute. We campaign for better treatment of asylum seekers. Asylum seekers, living on £5 a day,  are forced to travel to Liverpool in order to submit evidence to support their claim.  It is very unjust. SWVG needs to raise £80,000 each year . Please help us to reach our target.

80% of your donation goes to SWVG, 20% to Rotary, who provide transport, first aid etc for the walkers.
