On Sunday 5^th September 2010 we will be running a 5k in Hyde Park (without the champagne cocktails as they cause drag which can take minutes off of our personal bests).  We will be running to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust which frankly without the help of, I am not sure that at my age I would be able to make it to the race let alone cross the finish line.

It is at this point that we ask that you sponsor us on our run for Cystic Fibrosis (CF) - one of the UK's most common life-threatening inherited diseases affecting myself (the blonde one) and 8,500 people in the UK.   Due to advancements of treatment funded by generous friends and family like you, half of the CF population can expect to live over 38 years with the expectation that children born today with CF will live long and healthy lives.
