As part of Barnardo's 150th year celebration we are planning a crazy fundraiser over the weekend of 29th to the 30th October! We will be using the grounds of Meadow's School (our neighbours) to complete a 25 hour non-stop bike ride, using our tandem pedal go-karts and our wheelchair accessible bikes). We arrived at the figure of 25 hours as it is 150 years of Barnardo's multiplied by 10 years of Sunrise and then converted into minutes.

We will start at 9am on Saturday 29th October and finish at 9am on Sunday 30th October (remember that the clocks go back over that weekend!). The aim is to keep at least one bike going the whole time and during the day we will be inviting the young people we work with to come and join us on the bikes. During the night we will then relocate to Meadow's Gym and be using one static bike and a small team of us will keep that going!

Your donation will go to support the work we do at Sunrise and to further continue the work that Barnardo's has been doing for 150 years. 150 years and always!
