Story

Sue may have lost the fight to cancer, but she will always have a special place in the hearts of many friends and her lovely family. But this is not the end of our journey, we will keep fundraising in Sue's memory, so please check back and support us when and where you can, and thank you all for your donations and messages.

How this page began - A number of friends got together to start to raise money following the news that our lovely friend Sue was diagnosed in June 2016 with Non Hodgkin Lymphoma.  We all 'LOVE' Sue and wanted to do something to show how much support she has.  A way that we could show this support was to raise money for a chosen charity and we asked Sue who she would like us to support and the Kent Oncology Unit was her first choice.  We then got planning our events..... more details to follow on the Cake and craft sale ( 25th October 16 at Sessions House in the Stone Hall), Quiz night ( 26th November 16at the George Pub in Leeds) , Viv Lindley taking part in Maidstone's 1/2 Marathon ( 16th October 2016), Christmas Carols. and a Gig night in the new year!

Please give generously towards this amazing fund for Sue. Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

About the charity

We raise vital funds to make MTW Hospitals an outstanding, patient friendly provider by providing additional equipment, services and amenities, above what the NHS can currently provide, improving the care received and health outcomes across the areas in which the Trust operates.
