My daughter Natalie and I are taking part in this year's Great South Run to raise money for Alzheimer's disease.  We are taking part in memory of my dear Mum, Sheila (Chris and Natalie's Grandma and Dylan's Great Grandma) who sadly suffered from this terrible disease for many years until she passed away in 2007.
