Story
Join my On-line Yoga & Body-weight classes to help to raise money for helping women and girls living in poverty.
ActionAid is an international humanitarian charity that works with women and girls living in poverty.
Their aim is to end end violence and fight poverty so that all women,
everywhere, can create the future they want.

Whether you attend a one off on-line Yoga class or you
wish to buy a pack of classes, you will be practising with me and
getting fit whilst raising much needed funds to help some of the most vulnerable people in the world. The money will go directly to ActionAid.
The times (in GMT) of the on-line classes are:
Sundays 10.30 -11.40 am
Good Friday Special class: 6-7.10 pm
The prices are as follow:
Drop-in: £10
Pack of 4 classes: £30
Once you have donated please send me the proof of your payment and I will send you the Zoom details for the class.
