Rape Crisis Grampian estimates it costs £50 to support one person to become a survivor and take back control of their lives. To help us support people in Aberdeen who have been subjected to sexual violence, please support me and my sister in the Edinburgh 5k by donating.

Rape Crisis Grampian (formally Rape and Abuse Support) gives support to anyone over the age of 13 who has been raped or sexually abused. They have a team of dedicated staff and are reliant on volunteers to share the workload as SO MANY people need the service.

As a volunteer, I want to make sure RCG gets as much funding as it deserves. My wonderful sister Chloe thought this was a great idea and decided she wanted to support RCG - so we're both taking on the Edinburgh 5k on the 27th of May this year!
