I'm running the London Marathon this year, and I feel incredibly lucky to have been given a spot last minute.

The training has been tough, especially with my sister, but it's all for an incredibly important cause-Alzheimer's research.

Both of my grandmas are affected by this cruel disease. One is in a care home, and the other still lives independently, but it's heartbreaking to see how Alzheimer's is changing them over time. I'm doing this in their honour, and I hope to help fund research that can make a difference for future generations.
