Alzheimer’s and dementia can mean losing someone that is still here, which can be an incredibly challenging time for families.

My granny has been living with Alzheimer’s for many years, and in 2024 we sadly lost my grandad who was always by her side and the heart of our family.

I’m fundraising for Alzheimer's Society in honour of them both.
