This winter is going to be different for everyone, and many will find it tougher than usual. South London Cares are working to make sure that older people in Southwark and Lambeth stay connected this winter, by running online social clubs, and matching older and younger neighbours together to stay in touch over the phone. We're supporting South London Cares by taking part in the South London Santa Run, raising money to prevent loneliness and isolation in our local community.
