This challenge has been set by myself to symbolise how difficult life can be for young people, that have to deal with relative poverty in the U.K. Even something so small like not having footwear, can be painful and make life so much harder and more of a struggle to succeed.

I will climb to the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro between 11th-16th of June 2017, and 600 steps a day will be done barefoot. This is a 100 steps each for the nations of Wales, England, Ireland, Scotland, Cornwall and the Isle of Man. 

I am ready for the challenge and training as we speak so would like to ask family, friends, colleagues and the people of the world for their support. My target is £500 so any donations no matter what amount would really be appreciated. So please donate any of your pounds, euros, dollars or dirhams to help the children in the UK living in poverty.
