As you know I work for Cherry Lodge Cancer Care a local charity supporting local people with cancer, we don't receive any funding or grants and rely on fundraising.  I see daily what a cancer diagnosis can do to a family and that is why Cherry Lodge exists to help those living with cancer, I am organising a walk and participating myself.

I am also doing this in memory of all the people we have lost to this dreaded disease including my dear dad even after 18 years still in my thoughts.
