On 23rd April we will both be taking part in the London Marathon 2023. 

As well as this being a personal challenge that we are excited/nervous to take on, taking part in the marathon is a chance for us to help raise money for an extremely worthy cause. 

We are supporting the incredible Macmillan Cancer Support. 

There are over 3million people in the UK living with cancer and research suggests that 1 in 2 people born in the UK after 1960 will receive a diagnosis. 

Macmillan do AMAZING work providing services for people living with cancer at every stage of their cancer experience. They provide emotional, practical, physical and financial support. 

We have seen first hand the amazing work that Macmillan do. When Tamar’s mum received a breast cancer diagnosis in 2019, Macmillan were incredibly supportive and always available to answer any questions with expertise and reassurance. 

Macmillan are 98% funded by voluntary donations, so fundraising is essential to make sure they can deliver the vital support people living with cancer need.

We would really, truly appreciate any donations big or small to support us on this challenge and to support this amazing charity.
