Story
The Fountain Centre are based at the Royal Surrey County Hospital in Guildford. I have been involved with them before, when raising funds to equip their new rooms, and again, when a close friend of mine had cancer, when our boys were small.
They support the families as well as the person diagnosed with cancer, and they do it all through donations and volunteers. They provide a quiet space or room to chat and have a coffee. They offer various therapies, from massage to art therapy via yoga or counselling.
