As you are probably aware the main purpose of this high - high & even higher Bungee Jump is for Daisy Chain, which is a charity forum for Children with autism.

There are over half a million people in the UK with autism - affecting people from all different ages.  People with autism have said that the world to them is a mass of people, places and events that they struggle to make sense of, causing considerable anxiety.  Also causing difficulty in relating to other people around them.  Taking part in everyday family and social life can be a very hard task to them.

Daisy Chain is a massive charity forum with funraising events anyone and everyone can take part in to help those in need of your support!  Daisy Chains vision is to provide a huge range of support measures that take into account the needs of the whole family, rather than just the child who has autism.  This is because autism has such a big impact on the whole family.  Daisy Chain supports the parents, carers and the siblings to through the provision of respite care.  Also giving them the opportunity to talk with other parents/carers in the same position as themselves, therefore they know they are not alone and support is always available if required.

If you know me well enough peeps, you will know I am always up for anything - whether it's for fun or to be serious!  Reason doing this is to help make a positive difference and to give my support in anyway possible - and as you can see, it's the high - high & even higher Bungee Jump I will be taking part in.  Thinking about it - makes me feel - whats the right word..... I don't know!  Actually terrifying!  I don't mind heights, but I does when it comes to this, and no doubt about it - those that come to watch will find it absolutely hillarious ..... which I'm sure I will once my turn is over! :o)
