Thank you for coming to my page! The atrocities of the last few weeks have been devastating for Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank. 

Israel targeted a lot of hospitals and medical supplies, which means that now, more than ever, they need our help. Even if it's only $5, every little will help those who have been left homeless, and injured.

I haven't slept well since Israel stepped up their war crimes and ethnic cleansing. Mainly because I feel awful for being so helpless. It makes me feel sick that I can't do something to help. Also, a few of you have reached out to me asking how to help. So I figured I would give this a go. Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) are a great charity  - and this emergency appeal will get the funds to those who need it most.

Obviously this is a band aid, and doesn't fix the root cause, but in the mean time I felt it was the least I / we could do.

I am doing this in memory of my four Palestinian grandparents, who were violently forced out of their homes in 1948 to become refugees: Jido Jamil, Taita Latifeh, Taita Fadeeleh, and Seido Sa'adi. For their struggles, for their resistance, and their strength. And also in memory of my Aunt Sahar who lost her battle to cancer just a few weeks ago. She dedicated a large part of her life to the Palestinian cause.
