My wonderful Slimming World group has set up a Race at Your Place event on 27th July and I am going to take part.  As many of you will appreciate I do not run.  Given events over the past few months, this year I am making an exception.  I am going to complete the 5k event and will even attempt to run at least some of it!  Dig deep folks!!! .

As you know, Chris sadly passed away on 13th February.  As a family we wanted to make sure something positive came from this devastating time.  Chris would want us to help beat cancer so we collected donations instead of funeral flowers to remember him and hopefully boost the coffers of Cancer Research UK!!!
