There is a group of us who are walking the Yorkshire 3 Peaks in order to raise money for JDRF, a Type 1 Diabetes Charity.

A few of us have a family member who is affected by Type 1 Diabetes, this means that we have witnessed the struggles and problems which it can cause and how it can affect their day-to-day lives.

By doing this challenge, we want to raise awareness and support for JDRF which will hopefully one day find a cure to Type 1 Diabetes.
