Many of us have been feeling so sad for our brothers and sisters in Turkey, Syria and surrounding areas.  The death toll is now over 5000 and this is expected to rise further. 

We know our friends at Action For Humanity are already on the ground. Despite their own losses, they are mobilising to make sure aid reaches affected families and individuals quickly. People have been left without shelter in freezing temperatures and as time passes more will succumb to the terrible conditions. 

Whilst it is overwhelming to see the devastation and reflect on the loss of life, our  job as fellow humans here in the safety and security of our homes and communities is to come together and support where we can. InshaAllah we can all mobilise in the ways that we know best here at Lote Tree and beyond. Food pack for 1 family: £40

Emergency Kit: (Blankets, Mattress, plastic sheets, Hygiene kit): £80 

Cooked meal- 10 families: £30

Health emergency kit: (fuel for generators, medicines, consumables): £100

Mobile clinic (facilitating life saving operations): £10000

Requesting prayers that we can meet our target of not exceed it and that we can support the selfless work of Action for Humanity.
