After completing the London Duathlon last year for Macmillan Cancer Support, I wanted to challenge myself even further this year. For my next challenge I am joined by my Dad, and two friends; Freya and Emma. Together we are hoping to complete this 22 mile mountain adventure race on the 3rd of September 2016. This adventure starts at sea level at Caernarfon Castle and weaves its way to the summit of Snowdon and down the other side into Dinorwic Quarry where we will have to tackle some punishing obstacles, including the infamous Vertical Kilometre and  Quarry jump before crossing the finish line.

We are challenging ourselves to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support. Macmillan is an amazing charity that gives advice and support to all those affected by cancer. All donations will go direct to this charity and will be much appreciated.
