Team 5 are taking part in the 3000 squat challenge through March helping raise finds for a great cause. 

Charities need our help more than ever before so we decided to get squatting as a team, spur each other on and have fun while raising some money for a great cause.

We've asked the team to share this with friends and family and although we've donated to take part, we hope you can help us by donating too.
