Enduro Challenge 2013 · 19 September 2013

ZRSDP aims to help schools in rural Zimbabwe. By working with our local contacts in Zimbabwe, we direct our funds where we believe they will have the highest impact, providing materials for communities to build classrooms and furniture. Our hope to improve the learning environment in some of the poorest areas of the country.

Story

We need your support…

The Enduro Challenge Triathlon is a 500 km relay race from London to Paris. This year, Accenture will be competing against FS industry leaders in September to complete a:

-160 km run from London to Dover,
-40 km swim
across the English Channel (without wetsuits!!) and
-300 km cycle
from Calais to Paris, without stopping!

The Team:

Mike Lovatt (Captain), Alex Phillips, Adrian Wain, Tom Howell, Katy Shrimpton, Paul Farrer

The Challenge is providing a great opportunity to raise a target of £15,000 for our chosen charities:

  • Zimbabwe Rural Schools Development Programme. The charity’s aim is to improve educational opportunities in rural Zimbabwe and to provide new facilities and resources, by working in partnership with schools and other institutions (http://www.zrsdp.org).
