We help people who have lost their homes to build their new beginnings

Story

Welcome to our team page!

On Sunday 30 July 2017, Caritas Anchor House staff members James, Victoria, Malik and Sian will be getting on their bikes and cycling a combined 251 miles!

On top of their usual jobs of fundraising (James), co-ordinating data and projects (Victoria) heading up reception (Malik) and supporting our homeless residents (Sian) all four will be fundraising to support Caritas Anchor House – a residential and life skills centre for homeless people in East London.

Caritas Anchor House offers a home and support to up to 250 homeless people each year and we work with those affected by unemployment, mental health, substance misuse, domestic abuse and offending to break the cycle of homelessness.  Our driving mission is to ensure that each person who walks through our doors grows in confidence and move towards leading independent, self-fulfilling lives, by providing one-to-one support, personal rehabilitation, education and training.

So please pledge your support for Caritas Anchor House and the homeless people that we help. Your donation, however great or small, has the ability to transform someone’s life and is truly appreciated.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. All donations go straight to Caritas Anchor House, so it’s also the most efficient way to donate.
