The members and indeed close friends of Force Gym are doing the Welsh 4 Peaks
Snowdon
Cadair Idris
Pen Y Fan and finally
Gwaelod Y Garth (because we want to go the extra mile)

We are raising money for Velindre cancer care who many have seen first hand the amazing work they do including ourselves recently with the successful treatment of one of the Force faves and characters Lou Mitchell after being diagnosed with ovarian cancer shortly after giving birth to her first child.

Lou is now back in the gym rebuilding her strength and stamina with the enthusiasm most can only admire.

Lou wanted to do an event as recognition of the support and treatment received from Velindre and here we are planning on climbing a number of mountains to raise money for such a deserving cause.
