30 punishing obstacles, 10 tons of ice, 100 tons of mud, fire and a free beer......  we thought this would be a good way to spend our Saturday morning on 24th June.

A Group of 'finely tuned athletes' have all volunteered to tackle the gruelling course.  It is the ultimate test of stamina, strength and determination.

Please help us to raise some funds for our chosen Charity, Work Ltd, who create opportunities for people with learning disabilities to develop life skills which helps to build confidence and self esteem.
