4 BIG KIDS all on the wrong side of 45 years old with an endurance challenge to run 100km along the ‘Ridgeway’ over 2 days; starting at Lewknor & finishing at Avebury Stone Circle.  Our 20-week training plan is well underway, and we’ll have clocked 700km each to prepare us for Race Day.

We are raising money for an amazing children’s cancer charity ‘CLIC Sargent’ so please dig deep in your pockets as all donations will be greatly received.

Here are examples of how your donations can help young cancer patients:

• £4 storybook explaining childhood cancer.
• £15 DVD to help bereaved families understand &
  cope with their grief.
• £46 Social worker support soon after diagnosis.
• £570 a week’s Play Specialist to help a child
  prepare & cope with cancer treatment.
• £330 to pay for a family to stay 10 nights with
  their child whilst receiving treatment.
• £1050 a nurse at home for a week.
