40 Cdo Triathletes Luke Irving and Jack Chitty will be joining me to complete a relay of an Long Course Triathlon that Monty Halls will be completing on 26 July, to raise money for the Royal Marines Charity. Luke will be doing the 2.4 mile swim, I will do the 112 mile bike ride, before Jack completes a marathon along the coast path.
