Team Tommy - London Landmarks Half Marathon

Tommy will be leading his team on a new challenge running the London Landmarks Half Marathon on Sunday 2 April, for Fight for Sight's Tommy Salisbury Fund.  

Tommy was diagnosed with Choroideremia in 2005 when he was 4, his mum Emma set up the Tommy Salisbury Fund within the charity Fight for Sight and since then family, friends and so many other people have worked tirelessly to raise money for medical research into finding a cure or treatment.  The fund has currently raised £670,000.

Choroideremia is a rare genetic eye condition, that causes progressive loss of vision starting in your late teens and continues to deteriorate until total sight loss.

The team is Tommy, his mum Emma, Tina Harre, Dee Marchant, Markus Golser, Tara Fitzgerald and Denise Bartolo!
