We raise funds to provide vital therapy for people with MS

Story

Team Transition is a group of incredible inspiring ladies who've come together to get fitter, stronger & healthier & enjoy the camaraderie of unleashing their potential in great company. This summer we are entering the challenge of the mighty Dragon Boat race at Bedford's River Festival Saturday 16th July.

We are: Heather Constantine, Anita Gipson, Katherine Miskin, Emma Gallacher, Carol Urwin, Trish Miller, Beccy Campbell-Grieve, Helen Smith, Jennifer Almeida, Helen Hudson, Jennie Bayliss, Christine & Olivia Stewart, Gill Lake, Amanda Murrell, Larissa Clarke, Maureen Hallett, Liz Barr, Paula Wildman, Joy Campion, Krysta Nolan, Carolyn O'Donnell, Caroline Clark, Casandra Daubney, Becky Fleckney, Tina Delaney

We have 2 boats in the competition & though we may not be experienced Dragon Boaters the team has trained hard running, squatting, swinging kettle bells & more to get in shape for the challenge & for the Hawaiian theme we'll be sporting!

We plan to give it our best shot (& if nothing else stay in the boat!).

This madness is all in aid of the fantastic Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre in Bedford. This local resource offers amazing facilities to support both people living with MS & their families. The charity is very close to my heart & combining this with seeing my team in action is a very special event.

If you can support the team's efforts we'll be extremely grateful. All funds raised go directly to the Therapy centre to continue the wonderful work they do.

Even better come & cheer us on!

Thank you
