We're participating in Spin for Smart Works, a week-long cycling challenge where teams of five join forces to collectively cycle 500 miles (the equivalent distance between the seven Smart Works centres), either on a road bike, gym bike or in a spin class. This is pedalling for a purpose, with the team who cycles the furthest being crowned the Spin Winner. We are raising money so that Smart Works can continue delivering their life-changing service and help more women with the confidence, self-belief and the practical tools they require to succeed at interview and start a new chapter of their life.
