At 7 months old our beautiful son Ted was diagnosed with a very rare incurable heart condition called Pulmonary Vein Stenosis, we were told he would pass away any day. Ted fought so hard for another 5 months. He was absolutely amazing. He was just perfect.

Ted passed away in my arms at home on his dads birthday just 16 days after his 1st birthday.

After Ted passed away he stayed at home with us for 2 nights and then we were welcomed to Zoe’s place where we all stayed together as a family for 6 nights. We then took Ted home the night before his funeral.

Zoe’s Place were absolutely fantastic with us all and enabled us to stay with Ted until we had to say our final goodbyes. The services they offer are invaluable and we don’t know what we’d have done without them. Please help us raise money for Zoe’s Place to help them continue to offer their services to other families.
