16 Member of Staff and Friends of Teme Leisure will be cycling a whole country from top to bottom in just 1 day.  

They will be cycling 190 miles from picturesque town of Caernarfon to Chepstow while raising money for Diabetes UK.

With two Type 1 Diabetics in the team and others with family affected by the condition, this is a charity close to many of their hearts.
