Hi folks and thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As some of you may already know, I've registered to take part in Lap the Lough 2010! That's a lap of Lough Neagh - on a bike - 90 miles (approx) on the 29th August!!

My chosen charity is 'Aware - Defeat Depression'.

 

Depression is an illness.  It is an overwhelming feeling which dulls thinking, mood and concentration.  It saps energy and interest in everything, and disrupts sleep. Feelings of guilt and worthlessness can become overpowering, relationships with loved ones are often affected, and a depressed person may frequently think about death and suicide.

 So if you can, please donate something to a worthwhile charity!
