I'm doing a 10K run for the Bhopal Medical Appeal - need some motivation to keep training so please help...

On December 3rd 1984, a toxic gas cloud from a Union Carbide pesticide company in Bhopal, India, killed about 8,000 people within a few days and another 25,000 people since. The Bhopal Medical Appeal supports a clinic that provides the only free medical care available to survivors and the tens of thousands of children born with birth defects since the leak. There's also a wider campaign to get Union Carbide (owned by the Dow Chemical Company) to accept responsibility, clean up the site, and pay compensation.
