A team of around 20 staff (Male & Female) from The Chelmsford are walking 13.5 miles on a route around Mersea Island, Colchester, in memory of a dear colleague and friend, Roger. We are raising money and awareness for CALM under the Heads Together umbrella. 

CALM are an award-winning charity who are dedicated to preventing male suicide, in 2015 75% of all UK suicides were male. The charity offers; support to men in the UK of any age, challenge a culture that prevents men seeking the help they need, work for other charities to push for changes in policy and practice and support those bereaved by suicide.
