Story
The Rucksack Project Stockport aims to provide everyone who is left with no option but to sleep rough on the streets of Stockport with essential items to make that experience a little easier.
Amazingly this is the 8th year of The Rucksack Project Stockport and once again we are asking for your support - Every year the support from you guys astounds us but we are always trying to improve and make things better for as many people as possible. We always say – let’s make this year’s event the best we've ever had, let's make it amazing and continue to help those in need.
FURTHER TO THE NEWS THAT WE ARE IN NATIONAL LOCKDOWN UNTIL THE 2ND DECEMBER 2020 OUR PROPOSED EVENT IS NOW POSTPONED UNTIL 5TH AND 6TH DECEMBER 2020.
We are looking at alternative ways to manage this years event due to Covid 19. Alongside the event we have set up a click and collect service with Decathlon & Go Outdoors.

The Wellspring can then collect all at once.
You can also donate directly via JustGiving Towards the event. The money raised via JustGiving will also contribute towards the running of the service and allow us to continue the work we do.
This will enable people who cannot leave their home to still contribute to this years event in a safe and secure way and continue to support The Wellspring.
